Caden Spear
LSWAIC

Hello there,

I’m Caden, an LSWAIC candidate with a Master's in Social Work from The Ohio State University. Before earning my master's in social work, I earned a bachelor's in Secondary Education, History, and Social Studies Teaching from Central Washington University. This background and education have helped me understand how the world shapes the adolescent brain and have kept me curious about the systems that shape society.

In my time as an educator in the public and private spheres, I coached Middle School Track and Field and Football. I am passionate about helping people succeed and achieve their goals, and I always aim to bring positivity and bring out the best in people.

The modalities I use are:

  • Strengths-Based Approach

  • Solution-Focused

  • Person-Centered

My treatment focus includes the following and more:

  • Emotional Regulation

  • Anxiety and Stress Management

  • Men’s Issues

  • Coping Skills

  • Life Adjustments

  • Supporting Adolescents with School-Related Stress

Outside of therapy work, I enjoy traveling internationally, weightlifting, coaching sports, writing music, reading, and collecting comic books and Pokémon. What I value most is the chance to travel, explore other cultures, and hear and learn about people’s experiences.

I currently practice under the supervision of Michele Cirella Rollness, LCSW.

Ongoing sessions are 50 minutes in length and are $150.

(Initial sessions are 90 minutes in length and are $225)

My services are reimbursable by insurance depending on your Out of Network (OON) reimbursement rate for mental health

I look forward to meeting you!
