Kayla Uderitz
Clinical Intern
Hi, I'm Kayla.
I'm a Graduate Counseling Intern at Grand Canyon University, pursuing a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My goal is to create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel seen, heard, and supported as you explore your experiences and move toward positive change.
I see counseling as a collaborative partnership and respect that you are the expert in your own life. My approach is holistic and evidence-based, often incorporating mindfulness to foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. I support adolescents and adults facing anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and questions of self-worth or identity.
Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, teaching yoga, hiking, reading, and exploring the Pacific Northwest. I find joy in meaningful relationships, time in nature, and everyday moments.
I am currently practicing under the supervision of Hannah Lewis, LMHC.
Sessions are 50 minutes in length and are $65.
Initial intake appointments are 90 minutes in length and $100.
I look forward to meeting you!
