Life can be complicated. Whether you are dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma or just feel like you might benefit from talking to someone who can give you a more objective view of life, counseling may be helpful for you. I work with people from 9-50 years of age and have experience with anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, family/relationship disruptions and conflicts, school issues and peer interactions. My mission is to support you in finding your hidden potential and give you all the necessary tools to develop, grow and cope with the difficult things life throws at us.
